Brentt E. Palmer is a Senior Partner in the Firm’s Pensacola office and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003, the Georgia Bar in 2004, and the Alabama Bar in 2007. Mr. Palmer maintains an active trial practice throughout these jurisdictions in the defense of professional liability claims, personal injury actions, product liability suits, admiralty and maritime claims, premises liability actions, and insurance bad faith and coverage matters. Mr. Palmer is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Mr. Palmer graduated from Spring Hill College, in Mobile, Alabama, where he was a scholarship player for the College soccer team. Mr. Palmer received a Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, in Macon, Georgia, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and received a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research and Drafting. Mr. Palmer received a Health Law LL.M. from DePaul University College of Law, in Chicago, Illinois, where he was the Symposium Editor for the DePaul Health Law Journal and a fellow with the DePaul Health Law Institute. Mr. Palmer is admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia and Alabama State Courts as well as Florida’s U.S. District Courts (Northern, Middle and Southern Districts), the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Alabama, and the Eleventh District Court of Appeals.
