B.B Boles III is a partner in Pensacola office and was admitted to Florida Bar in 1983. During his years of practice, Mr. Boles has represented clients in the areas of commercial litigation, construction, domestic practice, personal injury, Social Security Disability, criminal defense and has represented insurance companies and their insureds in automobile negligence, wrongful death, general liability, first and third party property claims and construction defect litigation. He currently handles a diverse litigation practice including construction defect litigation, first and third party property insurance defense, personal injury, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith defense. He is also admitted to United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He graduated the University of West Florida(B.A – History, magna cum laude, 1980) and the Florida State University College of Law(J.D. - December 1982). While in law school he was a member of theFSU Law School Moot Court Team. He served as an Adjunct Professor at Pensacola Junior College(now Pensacola State College) from 1993 to 2006 teaching torts in the paralegal program. He was an Assistant Public Defender for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida from 1986-1999 and served as Chief Assistant Public Defender for Santa Rosa County from 1990-1999.
