Michael T. Bill is a senior partner in the firm’s Pensacola office and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994. Mr. Bill has an active litigation practice in insurance coverage disputes, construction defect claims, first party property claims, and first and third party insurance bad faith. Mr. Bill handles cases in state and Federal courts throughout the State of Florida at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Bill graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with Honors in 1993 and was on the University of Florida Law Review (Title Standards Editor-1992-93). Mr. Bill attended Auburn University for his undergraduate education (B.A. in Business Administration-Economics) and graduated with Honors in 1990. Mr. Bill is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, including Florida’s U.S. Federal District Courts (Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts), the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
