Megan E. Alexander is a partner in the Tampa office and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008. She handles an active litigation practice in the areas of personal injury, insurance bad faith and insurance coverage. Ms. Alexander has extensive trial experience litigating first and third party insurance bad faith cases in both state and federal courts throughout Florida. Ms. Alexander attended New England School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2008) and was a member of the Dean’s List. Ms. Alexander obtained her undergraduate education from the University of Florida (Bachelor of Arts, 2005). Ms. Alexander is also a member of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
