Richard A. Weldy is an associate in the Miami office and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014. He handles active litigation in the areas of insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, breach of contract, and personal injury. Mr. Weldy has trial experience litigating first and third-party insurance bad faith cases in both Florida and federal courts. Mr. Weldy attended University of Miami School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2014), where he served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. Mr. Weldy obtained his undergraduate education from the University of South Alabama (Bachelor's in Business, 2010). Mr. Weldy is also a member of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
