Samantha M. Johnson is an associate at the Tampa office and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2022. Ms. Johnson handles an active litigation practice in the areas of bad faith and insurance coverage defense in state and federal courts throughout Florida. Ms. Johnson attended University of Miami College of Law (Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, 2022) and obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada Reno (Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing, 2018). Ms. Johnson worked for the University of Miami Human Rights Clinic where she engaged in national and international human rights advocacy. Ms. Johnson also served on the executive board for the Inter-American Law Review, where she published an article titled “International Rights Affecting the COVID-19 Vaccine Race,” Inter. Am. L. Rev.: Vol. 53, Iss. 2. Ms. Johnson is also a member of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
