Christopher R. Machado is a partner at the Firm’s Miami office and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014. Mr. Machado handles an active litigation practice in the areas of insurance bad faith and insurance coverage defense. Mr. Machado has experience in defending first and third-party insurance bad faith and insurance coverage action cases in both state and federal courts. Mr. Machado also has appellate experience and has handled insurance bad faith appeals in Florida’s District Courts. Mr. Machado attended the University of Miami School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2014) and was a member of the Student Bar Association, a University of Miami Law School Ambassador, and member of the UM Trial Team. Mr. Machado obtained his undergraduate education from Florida International University (Bachelor of Science, 2011). Mr. Machado is also a member of the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Machado practiced in the areas of Probate and Trust Litigation and remains an active member of the Belen Alumni Lawyers Association.
