David M. Angley

David Angley is a partner in the Firm’s Tampa Office and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2016. Mr. Angley handles an active litigation practice in the areas of insurance bad faith, insurance coverage defense, and first-party property claims. Mr. Angley also has extensive appellate experience in Florida’s District Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Angley attended Barry University School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2015) and graduated with honors (cum laude). While in law school, Mr. Angley received books awards in Business Organizations, Copyright and Trial Advocacy and was also an active member of the Moot Court Team (Semi-Finalist in the 2014 Orseck Memorial Moot Court Competition; and a Quarter-Finalist in the 2015 Charleston Moot Court Competition). Mr. Angley was also published in an article in the Barry Law Review titled ”Modern Debtors’ Prison in the State of Florida: How the State’s Brand of Cash Register Justice Leads to Imprisonment for Debt,” Barry Law Review: Vol. 21, Iss. 2, Article 2. Mr. Angley obtained his undergraduate education from the University of Central Florida (B.A. History, 2009). Mr. Angley is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
